Allegations of Sexual Assault, Sex Trafficking, and Revenge Porn

Less than a week after settling a sexual assault lawsuit brought by Cassie, Sean 'Diddy' Combs is now facing two more lawsuits from women. One of the women alleges sexual assault, sex trafficking, and revenge porn, while the other claims that Diddy sexually assaulted her with singer Aaron Hall.

Accuser Alleges Sexual Assault, Battery, and Revenge Porn

According to NBC News, one of the accusers has filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of sexual assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sex trafficking, gender-motivated violence, and revenge porn. The lawsuit states that the plaintiff has suffered substantial and lifetime injuries as a result of being drugged, sexually assaulted, and abused by Diddy.

Details of the Alleged Assault

The alleged victim, Joie Dickerson-Neal, claims that in 1991, while she was a student at Syracuse University, she agreed to have dinner with Diddy at a Harlem restaurant. Dickerson-Neal alleges that she was reluctant to go but was pushed by Diddy. During the dinner, she left her drink unattended and was intentionally drugged. After leaving the restaurant, Diddy allegedly took her to a music studio and then to a place where he was staying, where he sexually assaulted her.

Claim of Revenge Porn

Dickerson-Neal also alleges that Diddy recorded the sexual assault and distributed it as revenge porn. Her friend DeVanté Swing, from the popular '90s R&B group Jodeci, allegedly saw the "sex tape" along with others, according to the lawsuit.

Impact on the Accuser's Life

Dickerson-Neal claims that her life spiraled into severe depression and suicide ideation following the assault. Despite filing police reports, her case never went anywhere. She credits Cassie for coming forward with her own lawsuit, which forced her to face the assault again.

Second Lawsuit Filed by Jane Doe

Another woman, identified only as Jane Doe, has also filed a lawsuit against Diddy. According to the lawsuit, Doe alleges that in 1990 or 1991, after an event at the offices of MCA Records, Diddy and Aaron Hall invited her and a friend to an afterparty. Doe claims that Diddy coerced her into sex and that Hall later entered the room and raped her. The lawsuit also alleges that Hall sexually assaulted Doe's friend that same evening.

Alleged Choking Incident

Two days later, Doe claims that Diddy came to the home where she and her friend were staying and choked her until she passed out. The lawsuit names Diddy, Hall, MCA Music Entertainment Group, and Geffen Records as defendants.

Response from Diddy's Spokesperson

A spokesperson for Diddy has called the lawsuits a "money grab" and stated that the claims are fabricated and falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago. They argue that Diddy is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie for financial benefit.
